How are the bikes shipped and do they require assembly?
All bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in heavy-duty protective boxes. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. A basic tool kit and step-by-step assembly guide are included with every order.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you aren't satisfied with your ride, you can return it in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply if the bike shows significant signs of wear.
Do the bikes come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all our frames come with a lifetime warranty against structural defects. Components such as drivetrains, brakes, and suspension are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
How do I choose the right frame size for me?
We provide a comprehensive size chart on every product page based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
